So not a lot going on this weekend. It seems more of a treat these days to be able to spend a weekend at home doing boring normal person shit like get on top of laundry and clean the bathroom than to have millions of social commitments (violins at the ready...)
Anyway, despite having rather a large clothes buying burst recently (my fashion mojo seems to have returned) here's what is currently languishing in my saved items online...
1. ASOS Africa Checked Trouser - £40
2. Zara Bucket Bag - £59
3. ASOS Blouse With Houndstooth Jacquard - £35
4. Sam Edelman Stevie Cowboy Boots - £185
5. American Apparel Velvet Legging - £37
6. American Apparel Disco Pants Imperial Purple - £74
7. Zara Blazer with Faux Leather Sleeves - £59.99
Of all these items, come payday I can see myself purchasing the velvet leggings and the disco pants from American Apparel because I basically have a leggings problem. Even though I am about 3 years too late to the disco pants trend, I recently got a pair and I am in love with them. They are basically external spanx and are super flattering around the bum/tummy area which let's face it, is always a winner. Love love love this interesting indigo colour.
I will also probably buy the houndstooth blouse from ASOS because I am massively into houndstooth print at the moment and I thought this was a really interesting and different colour. Worn buttoned all the way up, would look trés chic for work.
I am on the fence about the printed trousers trend - I think they are nice and casual, perfect for weekend wear. But do they look too much like pyjamas??
As much as I am totally swooning over the other items I would be in serious marital trouble if another new bag entered the house and I certainly won't be parting with the eye watering £185 for the Sam Edelman boots...well not this side of Christmas anyway.
